Third eye chakra balancing to increase astral projection ability - ASMR Reiki

Astral projection ability is associated with the third eye chakra. Therefore, you can watch this ASMR reiki healing and third eye chakra balancing session while meditating to increase your extradimensional vision ability.
In this special compilation video of my previous reiki sessions, I have added trigger parts that include intense reiki hand movements and sometimes crystal healing techniques. I believe that you can create a wonderful meditative environment for yourself with relaxing and focusing delta waves and music. All you have to do is sit on the floor or lie on your bed in a dimly lit room, and try to increase your ability to focus on your third eye and use it with these special triggers.

If you're just talking about this compilation video, it usually takes me a few hours. But editing a new video takes me a whole day. Especially the content where I use layered sounds. Uh yes, I have a special story about it. Thanks for asking btw. Well, I experienced this unintentionally about 10 years ago. I saw myself floating in the air about 10 meters above the houses on the street where I lived. And I remember very well that when I saw the building I lived in, I tried to fly towards it like a superman and glide to my room window. The moment I entered through the window, I woke up from my sleep. I can't exactly call this a dream or astral projection. But since I had no way of seeing the houses from above where I lived, I believed it was real. After experiencing this, I decided to intentionally try astral projection. And when I felt like my soul or consciousness was actually leaving my body, I experienced a huge panic and decided never to try it again. In short, I believe that astral travel or the possibility of being in different dimensions is real. But I believe that it should definitely not be attempted by uneducated/unprepared minds😳 But I really want to try it again someday.
