💙 Third Eye Chakra Energy Healing Transmission 💙

💙 This is an energy healing transmission for the Third Eye Chakra to cultivate positive self-perception, self-acceptance, and mental balance.
💙 This recording will assist you in releasing negative belief systems, and judgments, and support you in seeing the Truth of who you Are. In this session, you are invited to set an intention related to the Third Eye Chakra healing. You will be receiving healing from the Angels and your Higher Self.
During the healing, you may feel sensations in your physical body as well as emotional responses. Know that those are normal and will only last about a minute or so. Just keep breathing and remember that your body knows exactly how much healing you need to receive and how much you are ready to release.
Please take good care of your body after the healing by staying hydrated, doing some gentle movement (if that feels right), and getting a good night's rest.
