@@StarseedNinja76 you're very welcome, I know how it is to struggle and I know it's hard but I also know you have to be strong mentally and emotionally to get through it in one peice and I know you got this! Something tells me you've gotten through other hardships and you will also get through this one! Take it one moment at a time, try not to revel in the past or future and if you get racing thoughts try to visualize your thoughts as a waterfall and step back out of the stream and just observe them and let them pass by. Sometimes it's better to take a step back and look over your situation from another perspective. Also practice deep breathing exercises for anxiety and stress, let me tell you it helps a lot!! Also when you're stressed take a moment and do a body scan which means close your eyes & mentally focus on each body part at a time starting with your head, face, neck and shoulders each separately and consciously relax them to release any tension, it will also calm you down. Take part in any hobbies you may have to keep your mind distracted from the stress/anxiety, that helps too and if you don't have any particular interests you want to pursue than try walking, i especially like walking on nature trails because i love nature and wildlife it really helps me get out of my stressful environment for a while. Even visualizing things like that if you can't actually do it helps too. The mind is very powerful! Any chance you get you should take some time to really get to know yourself, your higher self and your mind. It's a very interesting and inspiring journey! If you practice astral projection you can meet your spirit guide(s) and animal(s) or any passed relatives including ancestors. And you can go anywhere you want but always read up about it before you try it and learn how to protect yourself when your projecting. That's very important!!
