@@tenfitmentennisimpulse returning against top servers on a regular basis is very key to dealing with the fastest serves. I used to coach one of the very few 140+ mph servers in the world so I was seeing these big serves 3-5 times per week. Good to see Nole seems happy. When he was first up, he seemed a bit angry inside, perhaps because his country had been at war so long. Now he seems to have dropped that tension, so he can just be the world's best tennis player. What fun to hit with such a fantastic player.

Thanks Mark for your comment and for sharing your thoughts. You are definitely right, there is of course a big difference. However, I don't think the main difference is the one you are referring to. After few weeks of training on this level, I could probably adjust my timing and speed to play equally with these guys in training. The main difference comes in matches: serve percentage, returns, depth on the move, getting back wide balls, movement, consistency and probably the most important, mental strength and playing your best in crucial moments!

@@tenfitmentennisimpulse Fantastic! I forgot to add that you play damn good tennis yourself. Were you ever a pro player? I enjoy your videos on technique and fitness. Would be great to see some videos on strategy and mindset. Thanks!!
