Brilliant. I just wish my late brother, Lloyd Watson, who played this on the 801 Live album was still here to see this. Well done everyone.

Insanely cool! Have been an Enophile since it was new (yeah, a very old rocknrollah ) .but you folks so obviously get it... P.S. to the lady singer: fabulous work covering the vocals by "Randi and the Raspberries", whose true identities are lost to the sands of time...and fabulous dancing/crowd provocation, too! Not as easy as it looks, is it? But you killed it. So nice to see people having fun with Mr. Eno's stuff, which is what it is all about... A droll commentary on the whole rock star thing.... Again: Perfect!

As a liflelong Eno fan all I can say is: He'd be proud of you! You have definitively captured the (very difficult) magic. I love this, Going to listen to all of your tracks,

What a GREAT cover group, not only musically, but they capture the same "feel" as the original track by Eno.

Wow, ye guys rock. The bass sound is perfect, and the singer, although obviously shy, is handsome in a Peter Murphy sort of way. 10/10

Oh wow oh wow oh wow! you guys are so good. I have been a fan of Brian Eno since the very beginning and Warm Jets, Tiger, Green World and Science are so good. His songs and the instrumentation on these albums are phenomenal and unique. You guys totally capture the spirit and the sound. PLEASE come to the UK!!!

Have they broken up?
@musicforenophiles-songsbyb5143 Жыл бұрын
Hi Ian, I appreciate you asking, we are not broken up and I anticipate firing this back up later in the year. Many things both obvious and less obvious have conspired to put us on hiatus but man, I can't wait to do more of this! Cheers!

@@musicforenophiles-songsbyb5143 It was in a village near Hamburg/Germany 1978, I was 15/16 and my soul was saved by finding Punk/New Wave & drugs, when my musical/cultural/philosophical mentor introduced me to the universe that is Eno's first four albums (kind of excluding Discreet Music which is great but another genre). The music still does the same to me like +40 years ago which I can't say of a lot of other music that got to me those days. I was so super thrilled when I found your videos, they're the greatest versions of Eno's early collaboration "rock" work I ever heard, actually including the ones he's been personally involved with. So... I hate flying and I'm not exactly a rich person and I hate to be apart from my wife for more than a few hours but fncking seriously: I'd hop a plane and rape the environment and come to see y'all if you decided to do this again any time.

My band is covering Eno this year for Halloween. I have a question. Can anyone tell me how to set my digital delay for the beginning of Third Uncle? Is that dotted 8ths?
@hughbarton57433 жыл бұрын
P.S. music producer wannabes: having problems with an arrangement? Easy answer : throw a tremendous bassist, three guitar players, and two percussionists, and a really swell singer at it.... You'll be just fine.
