I'd love to know where they get their valuations from when pricing some of these homes in the last 5yrs or so. Don't get me wrong it's a nice home, but I'd never pay over $12mil for this. In fact most ppl wouldn't. I'm being generous when I say the listing price should be half this amount. I wouldn't want to pay that much for this home even if it were in Beverly Hills, Bel-Air or New York. To me this is ridiculous.
