Alot of his concepts were based upon verticals. If you user the safety more, you could anticipate his long passes. Since doesn't run the ball either you don't even have to worry about leaving the line on an island.

I think you should incorporate more man coverage in your defense TD. Especially when guys are running verticals on you

The guy is picking teams with mobile quarterbacks that can hide behind good lines. The matches were lost in team selection on both games. I personally would have gone Bills myself, when he picked the Cards, as the defense has enough guys that can take that ball away. Also, if the kid keeps playing cover 2, attack the corners and when he switches to cover 3 co after the slots. As for the game play, there wasn't enough man coverage against this kid and that's why he kept having guys wide open in the gaps. Would I have beat this kid? I wouldn't say that, because I haven't played Madden since NFL 2K was a big thing back in the day. That's another thing, I would have certainly put a rotation in where I randomly would alternate double teaming Beasley and Knox.

@@pperry6715 I agree with everything you just said. I personally like to base align and disguise my coverages, always keeping a 2 safety look. I like beating cover 2 with flood, vertical and smash concepts. With cover 3 i use curl/flat, verticals up the seams, and pivot concepts. I think you should get back into it, you seem to be knowledgeable.
