On my 40% PDR rogue kit, I could just walk into fighters and stabby stab them to death. You only need 10% armor pen on kit, rest is from abilities, and I found additional for me was better than true as it benefitted from location damage bonus, save frost amulet.

I literally having been running this with a lot of success as well, this is my first wipe trying rogue and i don't play with stealth or anything like that. What i learned was rogue is really fun but also very punishing due to lack of health where even a non HR mob can cuck you so hard lol, so as I tried a few builds I realized that rogue does a lot of things really well when you use all the perks for the rondel and what not and the only thing lacking is health, so I did what you did and basically just decided to lose a bit of damage and speed for all the health I can get and found myself having a lot more fun with rogue because you can make a few mistakes and still win whereas without health you basically cannot make one mistake or you die lol

play with a bow or any other weapon to do damage at a distance...it's free kill, after that it only takes a shot or two and you kill it easily without taking any risk...if you add to that of life to excess... it's a shock to everyone who plays with a distance weapon... too easy
