Well, sometimes items sell for more, sometimes for less. The sellers don’t have the same clientele that a dealer has, so it can’t really be compared. I think most sellers just write it off as a ‘get it out of my house tax’. Oftentimes the items has to be lightly restored. Something most sellers are not willing to do :)
