You really need to put a thumb on that backhoe. Captain Kleeman put a cheap one from Vevor on his and it works fairly well. It might also be time to replace your mics. The digital hits in your videos are becoming consistent.

I would love to add a thumb, I just need to figure out the hydraulic valving/ plumbing to make it possible. Currently the backhoe only has continuous flow (one direction only) auxiliary hydraulics that are tied into the extend-a-hoe circuit. I will probably tackle this project next year. It sure will be handy. The microphone issue was a bummer. One of my microphones has an intermittent problem that I did not catch right away. I have since corrected this issue, but it took a couple of weeks to find the problem in the first place. Thanks for the comment!

Approach pile.with open clam push into pile, close clam gently,you will double your load,FYI in Australia the same bucket is called a Drott bucket,popularity wained and then skid steer bought it back with the bobcat ,very useful tool,all the best 🇦🇺🦘👍👍👍👍

That would work much better. I was being gentle with the bucket because I just welded it back together and was slowly working it harder and harder to test the repair. That is interesting info, we don't see that many 4-in-1 buckets here on skid steers, they are much more common on backhoes and tracked loaders. Thanks for the comment!
