Beautiful. I just bought a gently used 2018, MANUAL TRANSMISSION. I was shocked to learn Accord made one. They stopped making them in December of 2019 unfortunately. 1.7% of 10th Gen Accords are manuals. It’s a miracle I stumbled across it.

I got mine auto 2.0 2 months ago. I wanted manual but it was difficult finding a 2.0 since dealerships and private owns dealerships always selling 1.5t and they all overpriced lol. I gave up looking for a 2.0 manual and just got the 2.0 auto. I got lucky with this accord.

I ran against one of these last night in my is20 turbo swapped golf tsi 1.8t. I was genuinely surprised that it kept up with me. You don't see many people tuning the newer accords these days and I was impressed

We ran twice and it was the same result both times. I'd break about 10 or so feet and then he would just hold that position all the way up to 150mph. He wasn't expecting me to keep up with him either as my car started at 190hp stock. RN she's at 320hp

So much so, that I'm seriously considering one, and I already have an H swapped '91 Accord LX that I can't part with...

OTS maps aren't really the best idea once you start adding bolt ons and changing the car. Those OTS maps are just generalized and every car is different. A custom tune will open up more power and definitely make it safer power.

I really wish Honda leaned harder into this 2.0t engine. I have an unmodified Accord sport 10 spd w that engine and love it so much. I generally like a more compact car than this generation of Accord, but I can live with it. I think my dream would be to swap this engine into a Civic hatchback And add A sports suspension, exhaust and custom tune. That would just be amazing.

Number one not at these gas prices would I ever get E85 ever again Especially in California. Number two you can tell this is California because that boy just named off about 1k to the most 2k worth of cosmetic as well as engine upgrades as well as exhaust upgrades. I don’t know about you but me personally in today’s day and age it’s kind a hard to come around that kind of money. I have to say I like your car. I drive a 20 2.0 Accord with Jb4 on map 3. Your car is well done. I've done a few of same things, but the one that helped make it quicker was the Torque Rod engine mount. I got the solid aluminum one stage 3, swapped stock plastic. Helps alot with squatting at 80+ and straight acceleration. I also like you exhaust. Mine is catback 2 and 1/2 all the way with no muffins. It's louder, but how you gets your exhaust so raspy? Is it high flow cat or just prl downpipe making sounds? I need more turbo noises, have to give the big trucks something to listen to as I pass them along.

Jb4 will fuck your shit up in the long run, plus doesn’t offer as much hp as a flash tune. Go with hondata or ktuner. Ktuner is most recommended.

I test drove a 19 10spd earlier today and it surprised the hell out of me with the get up and go they have just stock. I may grab one as a DD, or a 10spd GT Mustang. @@abc.garage absolutely! I will probably get an exhaust made using the Borla ProXS mufflers or some Magnaflows. Every 4cyl I've ever heard with a Magnaflow actually sounds decent for a 4cyl. I have a ProXS on my truck with turndowns and it's extremely mild. If anything, I'll make it modular with V-band clamps to change the tone from time to time.

cheapest way to get to 300whp in a 2.0t is to go with the phearable tuning stage 3 ktuner. mine 21 accord 2.0t is fully stock components with stage 3 and it takes 93+ octane only. you can make more power if you add race fuel which is recommended. It’s about $450 without tax and you’ll need a computer/laptop with internet connection to flash your ECU. The nice thing is the ktuner is only $79 extra with the stage 3, but if you have a ktuner already then you can just buy the tune for $179. You can also change the settings if you have any bolt-ons (down pipe, cold air, exhaust). So far I haven’t had any issues other than a clamp breaking on me once which i quickly reflashed my ECU back to stock and was replaced free under warranty. And yes ktuners/ECU tuning will void your warranty, do it at your own risk
