Be careful when you vent to medbay and get out of there. When you vent and go up to hallway the animation of your character will appear looking to the right, that might giveaway that you're impostor, because if you did the tasks of medbay and get out trough the door the animation would appear with your character looking at the left. That's all, this may even help you catching other impostors.
