@imaperson511816 күн бұрын
@@TheLiamis I still see alot of fitness being promoted on the internet, in media you see a lot of gym promotion/motivation on tiktok and diet culture still. Most of the same sports are popular aside aerobics on the tv or social media (nowadays) so you must be on the wrong side of it all. Obesity is definitely on the uprise but that’s due to the ignorance most people have with the sneaky technology they use to promote the fast food stuff, advertising is way more nuanced than most people know, and people are quite lonely now a days, mukbangs are popular because of it, which is just content of people eating and talking. Although I’ve seen tv shows of people eating crazy foods on tv before social media I guess that’d be promoting obesity and that social media makes general population using it lazier/hungry.

with an on/off switch I hope? imagine being that driven 24/7. the constant need (not desire, NEED) to do physical demanding tasks, the excess energy you need to get rid of in order to even have a chance of falling asleep.. I dunno. I know ppl like that, they always seem close to bursting bc of the energy bottling up. intially, it sounds very tempting to just cross things of the to do list (instead of needing 1 week min to prepare mentally lol), but being that driven is equal to a partial loss in control. nooo thank u
