Fender fa125ce and sa105ce dont have fishman pickup. They are overpriced for the specs and quality offered. You should check brands like hex, Kepma, Westwood, saga that offer better value than fender.

Semi acoustic guitar pickup that have a 2 or 3 band equaliser needs battery without it pickup won’t work. But there are few pickups that are passive and work without battery. I have one guitar with such pickup, it just has two controls.

F280 is bigger in size so that has more bass and volume. This guitar gives more value in 8000 compared to f280. As this is electro acoustic and f280 is plain acoustic plus some special upgraded features mentioned in video that you won't see in f280
