I'm in the challenging age with my son...he is about to turn 20 months and everything is in his mouth and cries a lot...teething journey is hard...but awesome moments are still had. He woke me up this morning with a soft touch on my face, leaned in and gave me a kiss❤

My mom had us twins. , but then 3 after us and then 6 above Total 11 kiddos. I asked her “how did you do it “ she said quote (she’s 95 now). I put you all in one room and shut the door 😂😂😂😂we even traveled every summer. Camping. Yup van and pop up !!! I loved those times 😊

As a life long CA resident, I hear the horror stories of navigating Mexico and am too afraid to go, would love to hear your take on that! Obviously you wouldn’t put your family in danger, curious what your driving route is! Also as a mama to a 1yr old (on Thursday! 😱) I love watching couples travel with their littles! It’s such good exposure for them❤

So Nick and I have gone down to Mexico our whole lives. For the most part, when you hear those stories, it’s people who are doing shady things in the middle of the night and buying drugs etc. not always… but most of the time. Mexican people love tourists. It’s how many of them provide for their families. We also typically travel with other people as a bandwagon, depending on where we are going. For instance we wouldn’t travel all the way down to Cabo on a roadtrip with just us. We just take the 1 down to k38/rosarito. We are just smart about it and don’t put ourselves in shady situations. A lot of news stories you hear, you don’t hear the full truth. Our nanny Laura (used to be now she’s just a good friend of ours) her husband is Mexican and from Mexico and he would tell us the full story of the stories on the news and they were always so different and the news kept out so many pertinent details. It is so good for kids to travel and see other ways of life and other cultures. It’s definitely a beautiful thing and our kids is very lucky to be able to do that!

Couldn’t agree more!! 😮‍💨😮‍💨 I have a 2.5 year old and a 10 month old baby and uffff as hard as the toddler tantrums are, I still prefer that over carrying a baby lol baby formula, food, holding them all the time, it’s so hard! Once they walk well it’s easier. Toddler age is so fun 😃

I can definitely understand how you feel but I do think it depends on the child/kids I had 2 boys 1.5 apart and my 3rd is almost 2 years apart from my middle I think it helps knowing your kids and preparing to have small things for them or going to places that are suited for small children. But I agree it does have its challenges. I just recently traveled to California with my three kids under 4 that was tough but kinda great at the same time.

Girl I have twins they are almost 13 now and I don’t even know how I’ve gotten this far lol I feel like it’s just all been a blur. Well I have three daughters mother one’s almost 10. I actually weigh the same as I did in my 20s! I’m naturally very thin and lanky. But yes it’s scheduled to come out at the end of December :)
