Hello I have been dealing this Problem in Pollo AI yet they Ignored it. I told them to remove a video that contains Sexual Content yet they refused to listen. I was Hacked and Harrassed. My account was maliciously used. Pollo AI won't let me remove or unpublish the video because of Premium. They do not value Privacy Rights.

All your pictures are public bc you have to pay 25$ to get a feature on deleting uploaded videos or anything. It’s not publicized that way and you could say it’s a scam

Open your gmail account setting then go to security, scroll down and check your connections with third party and delete connect with pollo ai maybe it can help you
