Can Rye Melik listen to 6 and a half hours of an album about dementia? Find out on the next episode of Dragon Ball Z!
Seriously though, this Album "Everywhere at the end of time" is a trip

It's good to see people experiencing and LISTENING to this piece of art at face value and not treating it as some sort of meme to meme at. It's a taxing endeavor, but completely worth the effort. Thanks for your analysis.

This is the first time I’ve ever seen someone make a highlight video of their reaction to eateot. And that’s saying something because I’ve been in this fandom since mid-august of last year. Can’t wait for more videos like this to pop up in my recommended. And why not also put the full reaction on to KZbin as well.

3:00 more accurately, everyone is always capable of being sick, hence stage 0. it exists in cancer too.

If you are wondering it’s just a burning memory, what does it matter how my heart breaks, and heart breaks , burning despair does ache and mournful camaraderie are all the same song

This deserves way more views. I will only say my interpretation of the album art for stage 4. I believe it is the daughter of the subject coming in for her last visit. At this point, their long-term memory is too damaged to remember family, so they can't even parse the face of their daughter through the brain fog. Heartbroken, she looks back once more at the person who raised her, and then leaves. Perhaps never to see her parent again before their funeral. Dementia is truly an evil disease.

yeah true, the point of the whole album is you can't skip to any point to just feel that exact moment, like our life.

There is a really amazing part in stage 5 when you get a moment of clearity and actually start hearing music but its harshly ripped away. Such a punch in the gut. You should try to get through part 5 its a huge part of the experience. Fair play to you though. I meeded a small break after stage 4 omg.

Check out Everywhere An Empty Bliss, that album is just sorta depressing in a grand sense, We'll Go Riding Over A Rainbow is just a haunting yet chill album for you to listen on your spare time if you want

43:00 You should clip your reaction here for future use. Like I understand why you reacted that way, that sudden shift was a jumpscare of sorts, but it was kind of funny to watch. ETA: The 6th album cover is the back of a canvas painting. You can no longer see (access) the painting (memory). ETA 2: I've been told ADHD symptoms are similar to early dementia symptoms. If it weren't for knowing it was ADHD I'd be super fucking worried. ETA 3: I would recommend Everywhere In The Beginning Of Nowhere, but it's even longer!

Actually the 6th cover is not a canvas at all. It's a canvas holder. It has no canvas, just canvas tape. A blank canvas would be empty, but not as empty as this.
