While exploring the woods in search of a coal mine, we unexpectedly stumbled upon a sealed cave that was used by ancient people. Check out Edwards channel: @ActionAdventureTwins

04:37 Maybe you should look up. This rock slab, which weighs several tons, has partially come loose and is probably only holding on in a few places. And you crawl under this rock slab. That is worth a Darwin award.

I hope you had a way to detect the gasses. In my area many old coal mines are sealed off because the gasses are deadly. Most are closed, but dead animals are often found near those that are not. Coal is derived from the decay of organic compounds which tend to off gas as they decompose. I stick to ore mines which tend to be safer although not completely immune to gasses.

Well when you consider it was sealed during WW2. There might be some really nasty stuff behind that wall.

That was definitely a indian artifact from the paleo period. Those ceilings that where on the ground is probably why they bricked it up. Or its a entrance to another dimension 😮

I really love the sounds your mic picks up in there. The sound of trickling water and the way your voices echo and don't echo in certain parts. Looks like a lot of silt has built up in some of those areas and makes me question just how big the cave/workings are, past the unpassable collapses.

You have gasses from wood rot, coal out gassing, and decomp of organics. Also stratification of gasses reducing oxygen content when disturbed. Also the back is unstable and slabbing off. You need to use a scaling bar to test the stability of back slabs before you stand under them. The water is chemically altered by coal exposure.
Amazing place you found! You guys be safe!! Who knows what incredible artifacts are in this cave!! Ancient stuff!! WOW!

At 6:56 we can spot some kind of insects or spiders, on the rock. Didn't think insects could be found so deep.

They sealed it because it's dangerous. They should not be there
