Hmm… if you can fit Luminous Energy and Munki, you can heal Banette while setting up Mons to be KO’d by poison/Munki. Never let the opponent Fez, and take out benched Rare Candy Mons while they’re locked!

Yeah sounds really good on paper but I don't think the deck has the bench space for this combo, unfortunately. It could work if you ditch radiant sneasler, though! Or if you get that lucky t1 where you don't need to bench squawk (very unlikely)

I’ve been using this same Salvator, trolley, bell setup combo with item lock Veno and it’s made the deck much more consistent. Without free retreat I have to run a heavy line of board to prevent traps.

I absolutely hate item lock with passion. For many stage2 decks, if you get the item lock before they can setup they basically lost.

They say that seismitoad ex is the scourge in the previous tcg tourneys due to the lock effect. One man told me since his time, he hated that deck, he also have the same deck on his album but he never use it in tourneys due to unfair advtange.
