I appreciate your words immensely. I found your videos a few months ago at a point of transition. I was contemplating quitting my job and financial security of 15 years to pursue self exploration through travel. I have since built a van out for traveling, and have shifted my objective to intentionally connect with people I care greatly for. I just took the van on its maiden voyage to Colorado which is my home state, and I have been able to connect with the places and people that I am most grateful for. Trusting my intuition is difficult at times and in this new space of trust I still feel a great bit of self doubt. Your assurance and reinforcing language of self trust is palpable. I often have doubts or concerns about where I am or want to be. I take the time to center myself. Become aware that doubt comes from "past" experience(s)-patterns like you said- and "concern" projects into the future. Take a breath and realize I am in control of the present moment.
