This wig started out great but after literally the first couple of weeks of wearing, then washing, conditioning and getting it re installed it started to get matted and shed all over. No matter how well I treated the hair. I reached out to the company and they offered me $40 and the $15 after that they were done talking to me despite me simply asking for the same quality hair here 😢
