Titan is nothing to be honest . I have 2 Titan watches . Both hit wrong in second indices . Titan makes beautiful watches with decent materials but still quality control issues exist . Casio alba citizen are ahead of Titan . Timex is too overpriced in someways .

I love the information you gave about Alba, Considering Indian reviewers on watches I feel only 2 reviewers understand watches and match with international standards to some extent. The watch is ticking like quartz watch and not like automatic watch. Second thing if it is automatic watch then its daily variation is as high as +/-30 seconds which means 3 1/2 minutes per week which means every week you have to adjust the time. If it is fast you have to turn backwards the minute hand (no hacking mechanism of second hand) which is not advisable for the longevity of the mechanism. If it is slow then no problem but adjusting for 31/2 minutes every week is a nettlesome affair. The movement is a copy of its own parent company Seiko 7s 26, it is said. But if the watch is regulated by an expert technician under Time grapher instrument then you are lucky in getting an accuracy of around 10 seconds per day which is normal for even higher end automatic watches.

Most of the Titan watches barring few have lugs that don't fit in different wrists...being in the watch industry for more than a decade. Seiko, Casio,Timex and many luxury brands design watches that fits into all wrists type...even though the making and durability of Titan watches are world class..my only disappointment is the fit.(Titan steel and automatic collection have this issue).
