Great vid UVP sniping skill on point! The so called "glitch" you were talking about is actually an RC personal vehicle. Some cars can be modified in your agency with the option "Imani Tech" to have lock on jammer (no lock on from missiles) or RC mode (turns the car into a RC vehicle you drive in first person and can explode as well). If you add armor to certain ones it takes many missiles to kill it.

It wasn't a glitch it was a personal RC some cars can have Imani tech and you can turn them into a personal RC or add a lock on jammer so you can't be locked onto with lock on missiles the personal RC was added in the contract DLC a while ago.
