Only lightning damage dealers can utilise Aponia's DoT during her prayer. Eden can also expedite her conviction bar recovery. Plus, Eden provides easy paralysis application which boosts the team's damage.

If you do that, you'll lose out on juicy Eden damage getting buffed by HoTr's ultimate. There also isn't a need for the buff to be extended as Aponia has just the right amount of time to dish out her moves before the breach ends.
