Btw since your probably going to fight the flower bankai boss the easiest way to do it (in my opinion) is 45 kendo and 20 speed with sonata flow and crecent relief , what you do is run flower shikai crit then z or x or sonata flow and do crecent relief when ever he gets close or traps you and use bisection as an extra guardbreak
