The new Seraph skill can be unlocked already and from what I read, it is already nerfed (third eff is once per duel) it's basically the same skill but the bonus effect goes to archfiend insyead of sentry. Also Needle cealing was an indirect Seraph nerf.

Imo, its a good ban list. They overdid it on ghostrick, they should have removed scare from 3 and also removed fairy from 1. Also, now that neos fusion and brave neos are out of the ban list, theres no reason to keep lunalight fox limited to 2, since the only reason she was at 2 was because of the fusion with brave and fox combo.

Bruh, I literally made a Reddit thread about discussing if it was time for Needle Ceiling to be put to a limit three and I was actually right. You see, Needle Ceiling has been an active problem ever since Orcust and Trickstars were tiered decks because, in the case of Needle Ceiling, you're never going to use it in a way where it blows up your own board. Needle Ceiling has always been used as a one-sided Raigeki on legs without suffering the drawback and Konami finally acknowledged that Needle Ceiling is a little bit too strong in Duel Links and finally hit it to a limit three. Honestly, even though I play Needle Ceiling in my Altergeist decklists (and I'm known for it), I still wanted Needle Ceiling hit to a limit three given the fact that the card is just a bit too broken in decks that don't care about blowing up their own field or are protected from Needle Ceiling anyway. A few examples of these decks are stuff like Lyriluscs (Assembled Nightingale), Ghostrick (their entire deck plays facedown), and Star Seraph (the Star Seraph skill is essentially a turn one Needle Ceiling enabler). The only fair decks that were using Needle Ceiling (to my knowledge) were Trickstars and Altergeists. Trickstars at least have to pay the Trickstar Festival cost whereas Altergeists need to set up the Needle Ceiling combo with Altergeist Manifestation + Meluseek + a searched Multifaker, which isn't easy. Otherwise, Needle Ceiling was being used for degenerate, sacky blowouts and thus that's why it got hit to a limit three. If you want to see my Reddit thread talking about Needle Ceiling (the Reddit thread that Mekklord mentioned), I'll link it here. I literally predicted the Needle Ceiling limit three hit before it happened, which is something I'm proud about. In terms of how my deck (Altergeists) were affected by the Needle Ceiling limit three hit, losing Needle Ceiling hurts, but it's not the end of the world. I'll just play different Trap cards instead such as Ring of Destruction or maybe I'll go back to playing Paleozoic Canadia or something. We'll see, but there's definitely more room to experiment now in my Altergeist decklist. Lyrilusc still playable with triple Kinka-Byo to special summon Level 1 Monster in GY if they want. Meh, people need to play more Wynn the wind channeler more. Hitting Turquoise Warbler seems reasonable beside that I always summoning 1 Warbler for 1 turn and the rest of the duel either sparrow or canary.

it's peak. Really didn't expect them to murder birds this much but you know what? GOOD. Also, did you see that the new seraph skill has the nerfed version of the third effect? Just read that in game and was very confused but it's 100% better that way, shit was just unreal when it wasn't once per duel. (it still is strong as all hell, but thank god something was nerfed at least)

I do agree that Shadolls need at least a hit on their spell card, but the reason why they didn't hit them is that we still didn't have the trap card in a main box while sky strikers are getting the rest of their cards later on which cause them to dodge the nerfs.
