Batman: The Brave and the Bold is an incredibly under appreciated Batman video game. As the title suggests, the series focuses on Batman's regular "team-ups" with various heroes similar to the most well-known version of the original comic book series. This video is Part 1 of the Gameplay Walkthrough for Batman Brave & The Bold by Blitzwinger. Exactly.. I loved Batman The Brave and the Bold, I think it's my favorite DC animation after JL Unlimited, I've always appreciated this more comical and fun side of batman and the DC universe itself in general, as well as in comics from the 40s and 50s and in comics that are a little more current, such as Tom King's phase.

Batman Brave & The Bold was my first Bats experience. I loved this show as a kid and used to watch every episode each night at about 5pm. I remember so many scenes like Batman donning the rainbow suit while facing Polka Dot Man, and the whole Music Meister episode, even the episode where Batman and the whole Justice League played baseball against the League of Doom. I started growing up, which means I started reading Batman comics and learning more, and then my parents got me Batman Brave & The Bold for DS. I played it completely through so many times. I grew up more, watched the Batman movies, went back and watched The Animated Series, played the Arkham games, but I still have a great soft spot for anything B:TB&TB related. I honestly need to re-watch the show and break out my old DSi to play the game as I still have the cartridge. For a video that randomly appeared on my recommended, this brang me great amount of nostalgia and I thank you for that.

I have played this game to completion, and while I’m not the biggest fan of these beat ‘em up side scrollers, I have to say they did a good job of capturing the essence of the show. In the show, there’s basically a new character teaming up with Batman in every episode, which happens in pretty much every level of this game too.

I played this as A LOT as a kid, it might’ve even been my most played game on the wii and absolutely loved it. I don’t think I was ever able to beat it but the game still holds a special place in my heart.

Omg, I was not expecting you to play this game!! I used to play this on my Wii, but I ended up throwing away my Wii when my family moved houses since I barely played the Wii at that time. “The big house” is a common name for jail/prison. Meanwhile “the house always wins” is a common expression for how if you gamble long enough you will most likely lose all your money, otherwise casinos would not exist since they wouldn’t make money.

I like how they use in this game style as to match the similar form as the cartoon this game is base off of, it’s very cool, especially interactive style, it feels very cool to play it as that, honestly the show was great, introduced so much of the DC universe I have not been aware existed, I wished they continued such a system, hope they do something like that in a future Dc universe show, be sick to explore different Dc heroes and villains to face, would definitely be fun to watch😊

Batman: The Brave and the Bold has a lot of great villains, but only a few fall under my "favorites" category. Hmm... let's see, I do love The Clock King; he's a classic Batman Rogue, and the animators went all out for his design. Gentleman Ghost is another good villain. Although he's an enemy of Hawkman, he's fought Batman on more occasions than he's fought Hawkman in this series. Black Manta, too, he's Aquaman's arch enemy, but like the Gentleman Ghost, he's fought Batman more than he's fought Aquaman. Anyway, please play the game, I've never seen you tackle this game before, but it could be awesome.
