The handles in the passenger seat are for the passenger to steady themselves when it gets bumpy. And if you were to build some revs or dump the clutch that Sand version will pop a wheelie and hold it through a gear or two. This is by far the best sand buggy currently in BeamNG. The TrackFab Apache is a close second, but this one wheelies so it gets first place, plus the Apache doesnt have an RC car and a bunch of props on the roof.

That's the emergency 4 wheel lock. It dampens all of the suspension significantly and locks up all 4 wheels to stop as quickly as possible in an emergency. The reason it dampens the suspension is because it absorbs the energy so that the car will lose momentum faster

No, 104 is pretty slow for a fully built sand rail. You have to remember the high end ones are 1,600 horsepower and cost upwards of $400,000. You will see a million of the at glamis sand dunes.
