appreciate you bro! I haven’t done any vids on those topics specifically yet but for kicks and 808s, I always try to let the 808 sit slightly in the background volume wise. Allowing the kick to punch through and hit first then adding the 808 works for me every time 👌🏿

Nate do u know how u can make your chords that's from the scaler plugin to come out on a different vst like omni or purity? and I don't mean when dragging the chords onto the vst, but while u are still figuring out the chords and just playing along...

yessir you have to use the vst wrapper settings to make it work. In the VST you want to use, set the input port to "1". In scaler, you'll set the output port to "1". You also have to make sure to turn off the scaler instrument so it doesn't play at the same time and you'll be good to go. I think other people would want to know this trick so ill do it in a vid next week or so!
