This Beetroot Soup is Always Requested by My Family. It's so Tasty that You Can't Stop eating it!

For the beet soup, I use store-bought boiled beets. I cut the onions, carrots and potatoes into cubes, and grate the boiled beets. I always add a little sugar to the soup. The soup is served with sour cream. Good to eat with bread.
Ingredients:
500 grams of boiled beetroot
2 liters of meat (or vegetables) broth
1 liter of water
4 potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
A bunch of dill and parsley (can be dried)
3 bay leaves
1/2 lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 cube of broth
Olive oil
Sour cream
