Awesome pets, too.....in the RIGHT HOME. Ours is thriving on a 45 acre horse farm...very energetic dog friend, never kenneled or chained...100% my assistant. But I agree....NOT SUITABLE for "most" homes!!

Please explain they are not pets for anyone, there are lots of Malonois that have to be rescued from lazy owners who locked them or from people far less intelligent then their own dog

They CAN be pets....for the right pet owners!! They have NEEDS... if the owner knows how to entertain a high energy dog....not keep them in a small pen, alone and under exercised!! Mine has a job...my personal protector...if necessary. Otherwise he spends his time with me on a 45 acre horse farm fetching "things" and chewing up pine cones and sticks. When we come in the house ...he naps, recharging. I have NO issues with hyper behavior. Mine is my best friend. Well known, mostly unseen around our town. I feel very safe...and relaxed.

THEY ARE NOT PETS!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are for working purposes. People buy them eventually they end up in shelters because they cannot handle this breed. PLEASE!! educate people before putting this awesome dog on display. They are not for pets that you can just put in your back yard. NOT FOR A NOVIS dog owner. EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AND EXPLAIN THAT THIS BREED IS FOR WORKING PURPOSES. I know of owners that lock them up because they cannot handle there drive and intensity. PLEASEif you are considering getting one do your research don't punish this animal if he is not able to thrive in the invourment that you are going to put him in.
