I found you by chance. I'm in Hammond, but I from the Bayou. It all looks good, but there's a few thing we do different where I'm from. That's what makes boils so great. There is no wrong way to do it. As long as you and yours like it! Happy Crawfish Season my friend!!

That's why there is no wrong way to have a boil! Everyone is different that's what makes us all unique. I am from Thibodaux and raised on the Bayou not a City. I can see why we think differently.

So I'm looking to do a similar setup... 100qt pot and trying to figure out if i want a jet burner or a banjo. How does this compare to that jet burner you have? I also understand that the banjos are quieter. I've got a small yard folks are going to hang out in and won't want to talk over a jet burner if they are that loud.

The banjo I have did the job really well and it would take DUAL jet burner to do the same job as my banjo. And yes jet burner are quite loud and would drown out any conversation nearby.
