Theory: Mr.Brookhaven time traveled to the past to make the town of Brookhaven, he was making a foundation of a house when he found gold and and a energy source, he covered it up then goes back to his time machine to see that it’s gone. It was stolen by the church picture guy, but, mr. Brookhaven has the power of energy, witch somehow allows you to time travel ONCE, he goes back out of instinct, then he started the agency, witch was to find the energy source, and the gold, and other secrets. He thought it would be easy, but the town changed, he couldn’t find it because the town changed. Now mr. Brookhaven went into hiding, now, the agency building is left behind, but the citizens of Brookhaven found it, now. They investigate now.
