It aint hard: Two 2 meter poles with a small piston with 5 industrial generators and a non lethal laser pointer to aim at the target. Use a knife as a projectile and i'm sure it will do damage. Alt: 1 of those air guns whatever they called with the same formula with a small generator hooked up to it and 2 smaller poles and i'm sure it will work if you insert a projectile. I could do this under 3 minutes tops.
