I’m pretty sure she wasn’t “willing to die in a boxing match”. At 18 years old her trainers and boxing staff should have made sure she was approved to fight and I wouldn’t be surprised if her trainers talked her into fighting so they can get paid. But I doubt she intentionally put her life on the line. Please don’t disrespect her like that. Anyway RIP to the beautiful young lady my condolences to her and her family. COACHES/TRAINERS! we’ve gotta protect our fighters better than this 🤦♂️. Not only do we have to protect them from their opponents, we have to protect them from their selves also.

Sad.rip champ. Her team didn't make the right decisions and allowed her to fight knowing she was medically unfit. They should be held accountable for her death

Please Ladies, stop participating in combat sports. It's not natural for a beautiful woman who carries life for ,9 ,months to die fighting for money. She's a Queen not live stock. 🥀🙏🏽

That's horrible, 18yrs old and dead. This is why safety requirements are needed and need to be enforced, what a shame 😔

What she did was selfish and horribly wrong to her opponent who now has to live with the fact that she killed someone in the ring. I only see a true example of selfishness

She really loves her craft but unfortunately that's her last stand in the boxing ring. May she rest in paradise. Poor girl so young at her age.....condolences to her bereaved family!

We see things like this happen, then we also complain when the fight is stopped to early. This is tragic, and just because you are seemingly taking the shots well doesn't mean you're okay. She just happened to be outclassed, she could've lived to fight another day had the management/ref took things into consideration.

To all the young fighters, don't have that "I'd die for this" attitude until you actually make a professional career out of it.
