Well, obviously that outboard on that thing would NEVER be bought with the hull!! So that prob brings the price down at least $5 Grand!! Then just grab ANY old school V6 Merc outboard motor ya can find and bolt it on!! And go boating!!

Surely it runs better than 40 mph with a 70 horse motor on it. My dad raced E production with 13 & 14 foot Allison’s starting in the mid 70’s up until the early 80’s that you claim this boat was designed for or after & they ran in the 70 mph range way back then. 40 mph is slow in that type of boat with a 70hp motor. I will say it is extremely sharp looking little boat though & the price isn’t terrible seeing is that’s about what a new jetski costs now days.

Man, you would have to make and sell a bunch of them to keep overhead going. Profit margin must be at least 33% so you figure 10 plus employees and overhead, you would have to sell 12-14 a month to stay in business, less employees obviously less overhead. But man, they won't be priced that low for long.

Cool little boat. Too small for my needs . A better price point would be a 4 seat that's rated for over 100 hp. He claims you can put any size outboard you want. All fine and good until you get checked out by the water cops. Get tagged for exceeding the max hp rating , fun is over

Totally depends on which state you are boating in. Some have no laws against "overpowering" . Also you can have capacity plates made up to reflect whatever you want the max hp to say.
