During the dress rehearsal everything was perfect, but on the big day she lost her balance on her towering footwear and fell backstage a few minutes before her grand entrance. She decided to drop out the platform shoes, and unfortunately it was too late to alter the dress (I was one of the dressmakers in charge of the fittings).

I work in this field, being a seamstress/dressmaker - I took part in several "grand" weddings, and I think that many girls, in their desire to be the most beautiful and remembered brides, make the mistake of making dresses so voluptuous and so heavy that they end up becoming a nightmare. I never witnessed dresses catching on fire, though. Did you experience such things?

Off course it was hemmed properly. This is Elle Saab Couture and he is one of the top couture Lebanese designers and he is No One on the red carpet . This kind of dresse cost a lot money at least a hundred thousand dollars and they to be perfect. The problem is the setting and the stairs are not suitable for this big grand dress. They should’ve done something simple and easy for the bride to move and not to struggle with dress.

I was one of the seamstresses in charge of the fittings, and I know that, determined to dazzle on her big day, she planned to float down the aisle like a fairy princess, and made the mistake of wearing a dress so extravagant and heavy that she ended up being ridiculous instead of stunning, despite all the prep and expense that went into this spectacular wedding.

Don't be silly the dress is Not long and it's perfect. This is Elle Saab dress one of the top Haute Couture designers in the world. Yes, it's a heavy dress because of the beads but the setting and the stairs are not subtle for such a grand dress.
