You are wrong! He had Deep Wounded effect with Broken status, however it doesn't prevent him to be injured again from Deep Wounded! You can even see if you stop the vid at the exact time that he got healed back to injured status from Deep Wounded status, and she exactly hit him in that moment, when he got injured! He clearly got Adrenaline effect before he got downed, so the Adrenaline worked and removed deep wound status to injured status.
