It's because Sissy is bugged so all her attacks apply poison even without the perk that allows her to do that. Build would be suboptimal if she wasn't bugged

The build didn't help him at all. Leland could knocked him down twice. Anna has a tank ability. Any family member could have done this. He has 2 orange perks. One increases savagery (damage statistic) the other adds a bleed, 1 dmg/sec for 3 secs (will be 5 at max rank.) It's a whatever build. If you want raw dmg hitchhiker does it better
