Interesting to note that when you upgraded the cutlass, it got more damage but lost burn. Maybe because you had to buy it as Fiery like you said, it overwrote the original item.

It’s only op on infinite poison build. And even with that build it’s not that strong and only affects zug zug vanesa.

I like corrosive toxins as a counter pick but current numbers are crazy. I think it'd be better as 1/2/3 or lowering one weapon at a time. Alternative defensive routes are nice to have and this is one that doesn't remove your items from the game entirely.

Sadly, I cannot think of a single competitive game releasing a patch where someone didn't cry that the sky was falling. You would think the internet age would have made us collectively more thoughtful, more willing to look at the facts before making an assumption, but that saying has been around for a long time for a reason. Fun fact: The phrase 'the sky is falling' comes from the English folktale 'Chicken Licken'. The main character gets hit on the head by an acorn but assumes the knock was caused by the sky falling.

When you use sunderer on the first dooley fight you got viper ed to -5 shield, if that were to proc would it remove shield?

I see a few comments stating that your firey cutlass lost some burn on upgrade which it did, i just wanted to add that it could also be that rightmost burn got deactivated and needed to be refreshed by you putting it in the backpack. Just a possibility but less likely.

This has been my experience with Vanessa most of the time on this patch. You blast straight through to day 10 and every day you have to fight past 10 you're sweating because everyone is starting to catch up to your dps. Like you're just praying not to face day 12 Pigs and dooleys with start of combat freeze.

educated guess: Final Flame fell off of it, and if I removed and added it to the board again we would get the burn back. Enchant nodes have some weird things like that.

@Retromation in the following battle it was doing the reduced burn too it might be a bug that needs reported I'd test it out myself if I had the bazaar but I think it lost the burn from the loot items for some reason.

I think corrosive toxins should be changed to reduce one random weapon's damage by x when poisoned. That would be the best way to balance it

corrosive toxins doing just -2 but also effecting burn and maybe block would be better. That way it isn't so specifically targeted after regular damage builds. It's too good vs regular damage and useless vs everything else. also could we please make no pain no gain be a passive so players can change there bored

Vanessa has been nerfed way too hard. She doesn't have access to ammo anymore through levels anymore and gets destroyed by doolie and pig survival builds.
