One of my friend bought a 1 BHK at Bhakti Park wadala in 1997/98 for close to 15 Lakhs which comes to Rs. 2500/2600 PSF in 2006 when I was looking for property in Kharghar Navi Mumbai he suggested I also take a 1 BHK at Bhakti Park but the price at that time was close to 4,500 which was beyond my reach.

Most people here dont know how big of a land grabber and scammer ajmera reality is...alpesh ajmera has so many cases agaisnt him for the very same reason. These guys are not builders but land mafia and scammers nothing more.
