when this happens, chase them with a front dash or with a timed diagonal dash (w + a/d + space), just walking diagonally helps too if you dont want to be too predictable usually i find that the second one works better, but the only way to deal with backdashers like that is to make use of the endlag they get when backdashing on neutral

@@RKER-666 not if you diagonal dash chase at the exact same time as they do If they backdash and you diagonal dash chase them at the exact same time, they'll still be locked in the backdash endlag penalty And even if you don't do anything after chasing them, if they choose to attack, the timeframe of which their bullet jab can be activated has already passed, since drowning nerfed it a while ago

I hate players like this. Especially when they backdash even when you’re across the ring. Firstly, it’s a waste of my time. Secondly, it’s just annoying. If you’re too scared to get hit in a boxing game, go play something else.

as a bullet main, we aint robots...well there are exceptions of course like the dude in the vid

also we m2 as thats a major part of where damage comes from, we rely on counters so we have an outboxer type of play. And mostly rely on backdashes for stamina recovery and also evading as our normal dashes are ass, eapecially if you have high ping.

​@@dexecutioner8291thats not a reason to fight like a crowad backdasher. Agreesive also works on bullet . Counter style never means to be a crowad play. It can be agreesive but also read opponent moves to counter them

I've had a match like this against a bullet yesterday, he was very good at countering and of course just use backdash on every encounter. Since charge got a counter resistance (i main charge) that was a life saver since i've got countered so many times, however, it was a bloody match and i was struggling to punish him because he kept playing with good rhythm, but i managed to win (almost lost) because he drained of his stamina on last stock and i used ult to finally end the suffering
