Top notch British grub and that breakfast was no exception. The butcher’s sausage was even placed as a breakwater for the baked beans and tinned tomato. Beautiful little cafe and I loved the walled garden out the back. HP sauce for me as a preference. Thumbs up👍

What a find - looked a great place and lovely food. Will always think the family run places are normally better. Their service pays their bills. Can you imagine a large chain saying "the sausages are smaller than normal so we give you two?". No chance. Great vid.

Hey Lee! It’s those places which make great food which makes you smile. Such a great looking breakfast. Even better with fried bread added. Amazing sausages, bacon, mushrooms egg, beans and tomatoes. It’s my birthday today and I’ve been here and there picking up and taking my niece to hospital for an appointment. I just had some toast in the hospital restaurant. Its not somewhere you would think do amazing food, Their toast is so gorgeous made with best butter. If I could I’d just spend my time just eating jthat. Made me smile and have enjoyed my birthday all the more for it. I’m a cheap date anyway 😂 Take care 😘👍🏻

Looks good value if you like all of what is on that plate. Personally I would ditch the hash browns and black pudding and ask for extra egg and another piece of bacon. The fried bread needs to be traditional thin bread for me. I always pot tea first otherwise you could end up with too milky tea. Looks like a nice clean place to eat and the lady who served you was nice and polite.

Free parking is brilliant, but only an hour, but better than nothing! Can't believe they said no to looking around!!! Ooooo lah-dee-dah tea!! Sausages look brilliant! Hash browns cooked well, beans look great, fried bread looks AMAZING!!! And that's about it from me on a breakfast as usual lol!! Very good price indeed, 9.7/10!! And I don't normally do breakfasts!!

Absolutely nothing to fault here, what a lovely breakfast. The sausages looked lovely, no dog's lipstick here. My favourite of tinned tomatoes with some juice with them, just how it should be, and eggs done nicely too. If I lived nearer to Eastwood I would certainly visit. Has to be a 10 from me.

Lee, that tea, , perfect! I buy extra strong tea cos thats my bag, but that tea looked excellent, and your face spoke a thousand words when you had the First sip. Food looked amazing. Price was astonishing. You know, now and then there is a case for an eleven, and that looked like an eleven all day long.

Absolute perfection!, and reasonable prices too. As for brown sauce, I don't mind any brand, even the cheap Aldi stuff. I loved HP Fruity which I can't find anywhere since "BBQ" became popular.

So I have a few suggestions for you when you're in Glasgow. Try a Haggis supper from a chippy. If you have time try a fresh Morton's Roll with square sausage and brown sauce and maybe a Tattie Scone too. Morton's Rolls are exclusive to Glasgow and the North. For some reason, Ayrshire doesn't sell these rolls. Then there's Clootie Dumpling, a proper Clootie Dumpling is amazing. Enjoy your time in Glasgow, you'll not regret it, Glasgow folk are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet.

I agree with you about your score. 10+ all day long. I actually thought it would be more expensive than it was so you found a real bargain there. I love bubble and squeak MacMaster I use onion cabbage 🥬 carrots 🥕 broccoli mash and corn flour black pepper and I love it crispy just a bit of corn flour you get that crispy I like Daddy’s looks lovely

Viewers eyes were out on stalks as Lee tackled 2 butchers sausages over the table. For £6.95 its 10/10 and it looked a 9/10, the beans a bit runny and mixed with tomato juices. Homemade hash brown would be better, can make 50 plus up at once easy and freeze, being very critical here though! I'd love to eat here. Would be perfect on a warm spring or summer morning eating that outside. If it wasn't 100 plus miles away I would be their this week.

Good value brekky mate , reasonably priced and lovely service. Controversially I'm going in at an 8 Personal preference , I like to see signs a sausage is cooked through so a little burn works for me . Tomatoes out of a tin and you complain about catering sausages 🤣...fresh toms out of a griddle pan for me please. You cannot beat a good Lincolnshire sausage Lee, my all time favourite. As an aside, I sampled a Premier Inn English Breakfast very recently, it was bloody dreadful. Everything was stone cold, including the planes, joke shop eggs, stale bread for toast, I couldn't eat it. When asked if everything was alright I said no and why, the girl said 'oh' took my uneaten breakfast away and that was it. Never again. Jim N.

Small businesses deserve the attention especially when they are so good. I visited Lovelocks in Liverpool on Haymarket it's small business owned coffee shop and it was the best breakfast I have ever had, I really enjoyed it, you must go and give it a try. I don't know how they can make a profit selling food so cheap. It looked great. My only minor comment is that when I order breakfast here in the states, two eggs are standard. Eggs are a fortune here right now. There is a shortage because of Avian flu so they are super expensive. I don't eat the same things you do as an American so I am sure that one Egg is fine for you but I wouldn't eat a full English. I wouldn't eat any of the meat so I would need the extra egg.
