450 grams (1 lb) cabbage
vegetable oil
30 grams (1 oz) butter
1 onion
8 eggs
Salt
pepper
5 tbsp sour cream
3/4 cup flour
Provencal herbs
2 tbsp sour cream
100 grams (3.5 oz) cheese
1 cup = 250 ml

Очень сытное и вкусное блюдо, приготрвление практически одинаковое, только мы в тесто для блинчиков добавляем еще и молоко, так готовят в нашей стране. Я из России, мы также готовим блинчики с капустой и грибами, с рисом и мясом, с творогом, с тушеными яблоками. В блинчики можно завернуть красную рыбу, икру. Скоро праздник , который у нас отмечают - Масленница, проводы зимы и встреча весны, а блинчик по форме похож на солнышко. С 11 по 17 марта в каждой семье будут печь блины и готовить их с разными начинкаии. Спасибо за рецепт, попробую приготовтть по вашему.
