How has traveling changed your perspective on life? I find that going to new places is so helpful for a more well-rounded worldview. There's so much to be learned! Where should I travel to next?

I've always loved to travel in the mountains....there's something so special about mountains.

I have not travelled much outside of the UK, where I am from, but one place I went years ago, was Australia. One thing I loved was the vast emptiness of the outback and the simplicity of life in some of the remote places. Maybe you could get bored if living there(!), but passing through, I was jealous! Even in the remote places of the UK, its size means you still aren't that far from built up areas. I guess I just loved the wilderness. One of my favourite quotes is: "The human spirit needs places where nature has not been rearranged by the hand of man." (Unknown) Keep on exploring!

That is so true. Australia is on my list to visit some day. I love the space and wildness I’ve found in some places, though at the same time I really enjoyed the UK as well. I think your cities are much more interesting then the ones in my country. :)

There are restrictions for people who have not been vaccinated. To check into a hotel or to go to a restaurant, you need an official confirmation that you have been vaccinated or have recovered from Covid. FFP2 masks are always mandatory when shopping and on public transport. The numbers have risen sharply in recent weeks, and Austria and parts of Germany are currently (late November 2021 - early December 2021) in a lockdown again. It is essential to check beforehand which rules apply where. Be aware: the rules are different in Austria, Switzerland or Germany.
