Tip for stuffed up kids if you haven’t already tried this rub normal Vick’s on their chests and run a hot shower with the door shut for 4-5 minutes then turn it off and let the kids sit in the bathroom with the steam! Always helps my little guy and my grandparents did it with me when I was little ❤️ and when you put them to bed put Vick’s on their feet then put socks on them my nan swears by that one

PSA for the noobs... : 1.Kerens eyebrows are dark because she got them microbladed, they will lighten up. 2. The kids played with water balloons because Florida is still in the 80s and high humidity. 3. All kids get sick, it helps build their immune system and them being in constant close contact, it's bound to happen. 4. Keren and khoa are smart enough to know not to see the new baby until they aren't sick.. They only mentioned that for the past 2 vlogs. Lord. 😂

Hi Karen, Khoa is right, even tho you're not sick since u have been exposed u could be incubating it and that's enough to get that baby sick. That happened to me when I gave birth last year, I unfortunately went into labor at the same time I felt like I was coming down with a cold and that got my son sick and landed him in the NICU.😥rough times

A tip to help sickness for you and the kids, cut a potato in slices, pretty thin slices, put them on the bottom of your feet and then put socks on go to sleep & in the morning they will be blackish looking that’s the sickness, the potato pulls bacteria/sickness out of your body through your feet. You can do the same with onions but I’m not sure how it works with onions but I can say with potatoes though it really does work. Plus onions will make your feet smelly lol.
