Scientific research only shows that peptide has humectant-like effect, meaning it does nothing but act as a humectant (water binding agent) that binds the water into your skin. No, you honestly dont need to! People just want you to purchase their products or mess your skin up so you buy even more products. At 20-30 yrs old and under, our skin is still able to make a lot of collagen so dont bother spending unnessarily. Like the other comment says the BEST anti-aging thing you can do for yourself is to wear SPF 30 or above but 30 is enough unless you are swimming. Im in my 30s and started wearing spf since high school and to this day, I get carded all the time and people mistake me for a high schooler 😂 im not even joking.
