This is a real problems with many companies in India where they don't supply parts in after market just for profit margin and creating monopoly in market. But this is another reason for where there are low sales of their products as compared to others in competition. Being as an Auto Parts Business person, here I can understand there (Brotomotive) difficulties that how they have procured the parts of this Honda Amaze. Undeniably commendable work by all of you at brotomotive. Personally I feel like this much time and effort and money spent for this car was not worth it. Insurance claim and a hand ful more would've got you a good deal on a great second hand car you could've got repainted and serviced to your colour of choice and even upgraded a little. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ Kind of a poor choice by the owner. You have my respects for your dedication and commitment for your work. In the right mindset, total loss makes sense but you can't ever beat the sentiment value. The decision taken by customer is something that I value and respect. But what bothered me was the info given on structural integrity. That's all wrong. Agreed, welding does provide the required strength but more importantly it's the actual structure that provides the strength to the shell. Welds will just be the weakest link. God forbidden, in case of accident, the forces won't be spread across but rather the weld points will give up. And that is scary, specially in a rollover. As majority of the work is done on the roof and pillars.
