Meet the new Kia EV3!
Following the successful launch of the Kia EV6 and EV9, it's time for Mat to get his hands on Kia's new mid-size SUV. Unlike the EV6 and EV9, the EV3 is priced pretty low, starting at just £33,000!
But does it offer enough to set you apart from competitors like the E-2008 and Volvo EX30? Let's take a closer look...
In terms of design, it's certainly an eye-catcher! It's upright and fairly boxy, with Kia's signature vertical headlight design and plenty of gloss black detailing. It might not be as intimidating as the stunning EV9, but it certainly impresses from the outside.
Inside, it's more of the same! There's a set of digital dials, as well as an intuitive infotainment screen in the centre of the dash, and the cabin is filled with soft, good-quality materials. The seats may not be the most ergonomic or supportive, but they're still relatively comfortable.
The entry-level EV3 has a 58kWh battery, while all other editions are fitted with an 81kWh one. Those with the larger battery have a claimed range of up to 604km, which is certainly more impressive than many of its main rivals.
The question is, would Mat choose the EV3 over Carwow's 2024 Car of the Year, the Volvo EX30? You'll have to keep watching to see for yourself!

Yo lo he probado y va muy bien, lo malo es que por dentro hay mucho plástico y sencillo, pero x precio y capacidad está muy bien! lo malo es que el GTline se dispara( en ese precio hay mucha competencia), pero es el más completo
