That Rowan player most likely meant to grab red mana with Chandra and shame scooped once they realized they messed up. I’ve seen something about that deck before, basically the plan is ping yourself with pain lands, discount with Rowan and then storm off with Chandra, Big Score and Breach the Multiverse. It’s definitely janky but when it works, it’s basically game over. Had they not messed up there, they almost certainly would have won

Hey Swayze - if your back is givng you trouble, I can recommend trying one of the stretches from a recent AthleanX video (I'll add the link below this post, in case youtube decides it doesn't like it) - the video is called '5 Stretches You Should Be Doing EVERY Morning!', from about 1 month ago, and the stretch is at 1min27 - it's really been helping my lower back - maybe it could help for you :)
